Death and the CNA

It may not be spoken of, but it’s unavoidable: as a CNA, you will be working with death. Whether it be when dealing with the senior citizens or terminally ill or it comes upon you suddenly in a clinic, hospital or with a child, death can strike anywhere. The ability to deal with this aspect is important; you must be able to recognize the signs of death coming and then help the patient pass and the family deal with it afterwards.
